About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven and strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join our team in Germany. In this key role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales teams to drive pipeline growth by executing targeted marketing initiatives across a defined list of high-value accounts in the DACH region.

The ideal candidate brings a strong command of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, with a proven ability to accelerate the funnel and engage technical audiences. Experience marketing to engineers—both through bottom-up adoption and top-down influence—is essential.

What You Will Do:

  1. Lead the design and execution of end-to-end Account-Based Marketing programs focused on engaging and converting high-value target accounts. Partner closely with the Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and drive pipeline growth.
  2. Use data-driven strategies to accelerate the sales funnel, shorten the buyer’s journey, and increase conversion rates. Leverage insights to craft and execute funnel acceleration tactics that fast-track prospects through the pipeline and enhance conversion performance.
  3. Lead the planning and execution of diverse event formats—including hosted experiences, sponsored activations, and partner co-marketing initiatives. Oversee logistics, content development, and promotional strategies to ensure seamless delivery and maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
  4. Leverage data insights and performance metrics to shape marketing strategies, track outcomes, and continuously refine tactics for maximum impact. A strong understanding of the demand generation funnel is crucial.
  5. Collaborate seamlessly with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategies and messaging across all channels.
  6. Frequent travel (approximately 30%) within the DACH region is required to attend events and meetings, providing essential support for field marketing initiatives.

About you:

  1. A highly motivated and curious professional with a proven track record in driving growth. Brings over 5 years of experience in field marketing and demand generation, specializing in ABM strategies and pipeline development. Comfortable with frequent travel across the DACH region.
  2. Experienced in marketing to engineering audiences, particularly within the devtools and cloud computing sectors. Possesses strong analytical skills to interpret data, extract actionable insights, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  3. Exceptional project management abilities, adept at handling multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communicator and collaborator, thriving in cross-functional team environments.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration across diverse cross-functional teams.
  5. Strong project management expertise with a proven ability to successfully oversee multiple projects at once.
  6. Proven experience marketing to engineering professionals or within the devtools and cloud computing sectors.
